Report a lost or missing passbook
Although every care is taken to protect you, should you have lost or had your Cheshire passbook stolen it is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible.
Please call 0845 755 0555* at your earliest convenience or visit your local branch.
*Our Customer Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. For security and training purposes calls may be monitored or recorded. Calls charged at a local rate from a standard BT landline. Calls from other operators may vary and calls from mobiles will result in a considerable charge. Please check with your network operator or service provider before continuing.
In order to send you out a replacement passbook we will also need you to send us:
- Lost passbook form
- 2 acceptable forms of identifcation. For a list of acceptable documentation, please see our ID requirements*
- Your crime reference number if stolen.
- Your replacement passbook will be issued after 7 days.
Please note: If you are unable to provide a crime reference number, a £5 charge will apply.

Your ID requirements will be returned to you and your new passbook sent to you by post once we have processed your details.
