Notify us of a change of address

If you wish to change the address listed on your Cheshire account then please send the following documents to our Regional Office address so we can process your request:

• A completed Change of Address Form. or,
• A completed Non-UK Change of Address Form
• Your Cheshire Passbook
• 2 acceptable forms of identification. For a list of acceptable documentation, please see our ID Requirements.

When you have downloaded and completed your necessary form, please send it along with the items requested above to:
