Please click on the links below to find out how to set-up, amend or cancel a Direct Debit agreement with the Cheshire. Only mortgage customers can set-up a Direct Debit with the Cheshire.
Set-up a direct debit
If you wish to set-up a Direct Debit with the Cheshire then we need you to download and complete the Direct Debit Form below. Please then return this to the address quoted so we can process your request.
When you have downloaded and completed your necessary form, please send it to:

Please note that Freepost can take up to 3 working days to arrive so if you would like your application to reach the Cheshire in the quickest possible time please use a 1st class stamp.
Amend a direct debit
Customers wishing to amend their Direct Debit's to make overpayments on Mortgages can do this by either writing to us, telephoning our Contact Centre on 0845 755 0555.
When contacting the Cheshire please be ready to specify how much extra you would like us to collect in overpayments each month and which sub to the mortgage you would like this paying into.

Cancel a direct debit
To cancel a Direct Debit to the Cheshire you will need to cancel the Direct Debit with your current provider - for example, your bank.
Please then call the Cheshire on 0845 755 0555 to inform us of your decision and confirm your alternative method of payment.
