Can I receive interest without tax deducted?
If you are entitled to receive gross interest, complete an Inland Revenue R85 Form and we will pay interest without tax deducted. Non-taxpayers who receive interest net may be able to reclaim tax deducted from the Inland Revenue.

If I make an instruction for my interest to be paid to another account by BACS when will the money reach my account?
Instructions for payments by BACS (Bank Automated Clearing System) will take 3 working days to reach your account. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
When will my interest be paid?
The timing of when interest is paid is dependent upon the type of account you hold. Full details will be provided in the terms and conditions issued when you opened the product.
