You can open most Cheshire Building Society savings account as a Trustee for an adult.
Power of Attorney Application or Will Trust?
If you are applying for a savings account for an adult trustee then it is more than likely that your application will be for a Power of Attorney or a Will Trust.
Please follow the steps below to ensure you pursue your application correctly:
Power of Attorney Applications
Download and complete the below form. Please note if you wish to apply for a Postal Account as a trustee then you will need to download the Postal Account Form instead.
You must ensure that you read our general Savings Terms & Conditions and the product details of the account you wish to apply for before completing the application form.
Trustee for an adult application form
Upon completion of your form please post the completed application form, personal cheque, Power of Attorney document and relevant identification (for both the applicant and trustee) to:
Make your cheques payable to Cheshire Building Society followed by the account holder’s name (e.g. Cheshire Building Society – John Smith).
