Complaints Procedure
- If you are not satisfied with any Cheshire Building Society product or service we have a complaint handling procedure that should help resolve the matter.
- If the Cheshire Building Society is not able to answer the complaint to your satisfaction you may be able to refer the matter to The Financial Ombudsman Service who will carry out an independent review on your behalf.
