Please note:

• Decide on the the investment account you want to apply for.
• To apply you must be a permanent resident of the UK.
• Government regulations state you must be aged 16 or over to open a Cash ISA.
• Some accounts have minimum operating balances.

• National Insurance Number (if you have one).
• If you are an existing member with a mortgage or another investment with us, you'll need your account number.
• Bank Account Details (some of our accounts allow interest to be paid into another bank or building society).
• Memorable Date (we will use this as part of our security procedure if you have to contact us by phone regarding this application).
• Inland Revenue tax exemption form (If you qualify to have your interest paid gross you will need to provide an Inland Revenue tax exemption form - a R85). This can be downloaded as you go through the application.
• To do this you will need to install a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
