Purpose of the Role

To successfully sell residential property and financial services appointments in order to contribute to branch sales and profitability within Society policy, legislation and regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify, market  and sell all Society services and product range, including financial services, to all sales opportunities
  • Qualify and identify applicants and vendors needs ensuring Society and branch service standards are met
  • Operate all office procedures in line with Society standard

Knowledge and Skills

  • Full working knowledge of appropriate legislation and working practises
  • Self-motivated, work under pressure to achieve targets
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Influencing and negotiating skills
  • Full driving licence and use of car
