• Identification and Address Verification
• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum & Articles of Association (if Limited Company)
• 3 years accounts
• 6 months personal and business bank statements
• 2 years mortgage statements for any current mortgage
• Initial appraisal fee of £500
• Details of rental income being received
• Copies of any cash flow/business plans
