I’m taking out a Buy To Let mortgage with the Cheshire. Can you also arrange my property insurance cover? 

Yes, we have a range of policy options allowing you to select the type of cover you need, including combined buildings and contents policies if your property is let partly or fully furnished. For more information telephone our Customer Contact Centre on 0800 195 1514.

Will I be charged extra for paying my premiums monthly?

No, your premium can be paid monthly with your mortgage payments and there will be no additional charge.

 Who do I contact if I need to make a claim? 

Please telephone the Royal and Sun Alliance claims line on the telephone number in your policy booklet. Lines are open 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturday.

As a Cheshire policyholder, you also have access to a 24 hour Helpline service providing instant access in an emergency to legal advice and assistance. Please refer to your policy booklet for further details.
