Can I insure my mortgage payments with the Cheshire? 

Subject to eligibility, our Mortgage Care policy is designed to help meet your monthly mortgage payments for up to 12 months if you are off work through accident, sickness or unemployment.

How much can I insure for?  

For maximum protection, your monthly benefit should represent the total of your monthly mortgage payments and insurance premiums. You can also cover up to an additional 20% of your monthly mortgage benefit to cover other mortgage related expenses. The maximum monthly benefit available is £1500.00.

I currently have Mortgage Care cover and I am unsure whether the level of benefit is correct. 

Simply telephone our Customer Contact Centre on 0800 195 1514, or  call into one of our branches, where an adviser will be able to assess whether your cover is sufficient.

Who do I contact if I need to make a claim? 

Please telephone Cardif Pinnacle’s claim line on the telephone number in your policy booklet.

If you can’t find your policy booklet, simply telephone our Customer Contact Centre on the number given above, or call into one of our branches.
