Need to claim?

Home insurance claims should be made direct to Royal & Sun Alliance by the claimant. Please telephone the number shown on your policy schedule or in your policy booklet.

Mortgage payment protection claims should be made direct to Pinnacle by the claimant. Please telephone the number shown on your policy schedule or in your policy booklet.

Health and Dental claims should be made direct to Western Provident Association (opens in a new window).

Life Insurance and Mortgage Life Insurance claims should be made direct to Norwich Union (opens in a new window).

Need to amend?

Have you changed your name or address? Want to amend your policy cover? Any amendments to your policy can be dealt with over the phone by our Customer Contact Centre on 0800 195 1514^
