Transferring Funds to your ISA
If you are transferring an ISA set up in a previous tax year you can transfer the whole ISA balance with any interest or just part of it.
OR
If you are transferring an ISA where subscriptions have been made in the current tax year, you must transfer the whole current year's subscriptions.
Transfer your ISA from another provider to a new ISA at the Cheshire.
Please note that the 2008/2009 ISA rules do not allow funds invested in a Stocks and Shares ISA to be transferred to a Cash ISA.
- Print off and complete an ISA application form
- Print off and complete an ISA transfer form
- Send the above forms to: Membership Services Team, Cheshire Building Society, Castle Street, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 6AH
Transfer your ISA from another provider to an existing ISA at the Cheshire.

The existing provider has 30 days to transfer the ISA funds. If you wish to transfer an existing ISA balance to the Cheshire, please be aware that although we do not charge for this, your existing ISA provder may do so.
Transfer from an existing Cheshire investment account into a Cheshire ISA.
- Pop into your local branch or call our Customer Contact Centre where the transfer can be completed.
