Listening to You

In December 2008, Cheshire Building Society merged with Nationwide and as part of the Nationwide group, we offer a number of ways that you as a member can have your say in how your Society is run.

Here are some of the many opportunities that we've created for you as a member to have your say.

Member Talkbacks - contribution to the running of your Society by taking part in our Member TalkBack sessions.

We've held over one hundred regular TalkBack events around the country, since 1997. These informal 'Question Time' style events give you a chance to have your say and put your questions to a Nationwide director.

Many of the improvements we've made to our products and services have come about as a result of comments expressed by members at these meetings

Your Feedback - We receive 10,000 items of member feedback through our branches and call centres each month.

Usability Centre - Since 2000, over 1,500 members have helped to make it easy to do business with us by taking part in evaluations at our UsabilityCentre.

Market Research – We regularly conduct market research and with your help, through a combination of telephone surveys, group discussions and individual interviews, we are building the best services for our members.
