House survey - your options

Buying a home is probably the biggest personal investment you will ever make, and unless you have specific personal knowledge and experience we recommend you seek professional advice.

 

We carry out our own assessment of a property so that we can measure whether it’s actually worth what we are prepared to lend for it.

 

We use a network of qualified surveyors who are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This means that the advice they give is governed by an industry standard.

How to Apply

If you are applying for a Cheshire mortgage online you will be asked to choose which type of survey you require during the application process.
