Mortgage Valuation Report (Unpublished)
This report is prepared in accordance with guidelines laid down by the RICS. It differs from the Homebuyer Survey and Valuation report in that it is not designed to check the reasonableness of the purchase price or the need for repairs now or in the future. It does, however, evaluate the property to ensure its mortgage value can be maintained.
In some cases our surveyors know the property and location so well that we may decide not to request access to the accommodation. We don’t charge you for this assessment.
It is important to note that this report is for our purposes only and does not give any warranty, representation or assurance that the statements, conclusions and opinions expressed or implied are accurate or valid.
As no charge is made for this report you do not receive a copy. We strongly advise that you seek your own appraisal of the property.
