If you are thinking of moving your mortgage then it pays to find a competitive remortgage deal. A remortgage allows you to change your existing mortgage lender for a new lender and a new mortgage. The Cheshire will cover the standard legal fees when you take out a Cheshire Remortgage Product. In addition to this, the Cheshire's Remortgage Product does not contain a product fee which again helps to keep your costs down when organising a remortgage.
